4-H Online Updates for Families and Leaders

Exciting News…4-H Families can now edit projects in 4-H Online.  4-H Club Leaders can now view projects in club rosters.

The 4-H Online Development Team and State Administration have some great news.

Families with approved enrollments in 4HOnline can now edit their project selections and request additional clubs be added to their enrollment records.  Club leaders can see projects when downloading a club roster

Full documentation with screen shots will be coming soon, below is a quick summary of these functions.

Families can edit projects by clicking View near the member name on the family member list screen and then clicking on Projects.  There is now an EDIT button on the projects page.  Clicking on EDIT will open a window similar to the add projects screen during enrollment.

 

Families can request an additional club by clicking View near the member name on the family member list screen and then clicking on Clubs.  There is an ADD button on the Clubs page.  Clicking on ADD will open a window to select the new club and to enter a reason for the request.  The request will be approved or cancelled at the county level.

 

Club leaders can download a Club Roster on their club manager screen.  The roster lists all members who have started an enrollment this year with contact information.  There is now a second page to the spreadsheet that lists the project selections.
