4-HOnline is now ready to accept animal identification information.
The turn around time is short, but the 4-HOnline system is now set to accept animal identification information/data from 4-H exhibitors. To promote youth project management through accountability and hands-on experience, self-identification of 4-H animal projects means the youth/family are responsible for proper and accurate animal data entry. Please access your family 4-HOnline account and add the animal information/data for all animals being exhibited at the 2021 Buffalo County Fair. It is a requirement for all Buffalo and Pepin County 4-H members who plan to enter in the Buffalo County Fair.
- 4-H Online Animal Identification must be complete by May 1st.
- 4-H exhibitors must identify all animals in 4-H Online. This must be complete prior to FairEntry registration. Animals include sheep, goats, swine, dairy, beef, poultry, rabbits, horses, exotics, small animals, cats and dogs.
- 4-H Swine Exhibitors will upload their photos (of RFID ear tagged hogs) on 4-HOnline along with their animal identification information.
FFA exhibitors will enter animal identification information during May fair entry period. FFA exhibitors who are dual enrolled in Buffalo or Pepin County 4-H and FFA, should enter their animals on 4-HOnline and then can decide to exhibit as a FFA member at time of fair entry.
