$4000 from Friends of 4-H trust to support Buffalo County 4-H

The Friends of Buffalo County 4-H, Incorporated Board of Directors met on Thursday, September 16, 2021 for their regular fall meeting. The Friends’ mission is to support 4-H and youth development programming in Buffalo County. After a motion from 4-H youth representative, Olivia Taylor, the Board decided to contribute roughly 4% of their assets to the Buffalo County 4-H Leaders Association to use toward 4-H member scholarships and programming priorities. The total amount that will be given in 2021 is $4000. Currently, the market value of the trust is nearly $90,000. Directors of the 4-H trust fund board include Greg Sage (Treasurer), Ileana Garcia-Soto (Secretary), John Stettler (Chair), Linda Larson, Steven Nelson, Bob Major (Vice Chair), Olivia Taylor, Fay Passow, and Annie Lisowski.
