Buffalo County Community Health Survey Summary

In January 2021 the Buffalo County Community Health Survey was conducted with adult residents and students in 5th through 12th grade living or working in Buffalo County, Wisconsin. The purpose of the survey was to gather local, real-time data that will help decision-makers provide services and information that support Buffalo County residents during the COVID-19 pandemic and in the future. The Buffalo County Partnership Council provides collaborative prevention programming to educate youth and their families to make healthy choices and positively influence people and policies. The Buffalo County Partnership Council is made up of community representatives from all four local school districts, law enforcement, public health, human services and university faculty. The Buffalo County Partnership Council is a youth-adult partnership, which means students and professionals work together to create community change.
