A Wisconsin 4-H Shooting Sports Leader may be certified in archery, coordinator, muzzleloader, pistol, rifle, and shotgun disciplines. Leaders may only teach in the discipline in which they are certified. An adult leader cannot provide hands-on or safety instruction without a 4-H certified leader supervising the range.

Buffalo-Pepin County Teen Court youth panel members from Cochrane-Fountain City, Alma, Gilmanton, and Durand heard multiple cases on November 8 at the Pepin County Government Center. Youth were leaders in asking restorative questions and providing directions for youth with violations in theft, vaping, and trespassing. The purpose of teen court is to help youth who have made mistakes repair relationship and make things right with those they have harmed.
