February Expressing Love Buffalo County 4-H Project Challenge

Buffalo County 4-H is inviting 4-H members and their families during the month of February to take part in our Arts & Communication 4-H Project Challenge! The theme for the month is kindness, love, caring, belonging and inclusion.

The purpose of the 4-H Project Challenge is to practice 4-H project skills at home, engage in 4-H learning with family members and have a little fun sharing your 4-H project work!

For the month of February there are multiple categories. 4-H members can submit up to three entries in each of the categories. Please make a separate submission for each entry. Bonus points in each category for entries that promote the theme.

  1. Art – Any original designed piece (painting, drawing, etc.)

  2. Craft – Any piece created from instructions or kit (woodburning, ceramics, etc.)

  3. Photography – One single image.

  4. Marketing – Piece should elevate the 4-H Movement and the essential elements of belonging.

  5. Drama – Play-reading or mini drama (all performers need to be from same household unless program approval is requested from Annie before in-person contact).

  6. Music – Vocal or instrumental selection. Solo or duet (all performers need to be from same household unless program approval is requested from Annie before in-person contact).

For music, drama, speaking and demonstration entries, you can request access from Annie Lisowski to upload a video submission to a Google Drive. We will be sharing photos on our web page and social media as they are submitted.
