Hilltop Climbers 4-H Club met at the Arboretum Park at 1:30 pm on Sunday, September 9. The meeting was called to order by President, Josh Linse and the Pledges were said. The treasurer and secretary were not in attendance so the reports were unavailable Old business: Thank you to everyone that took the cans to recycling. Fair recap, thanks to everyone who helped in anyway. Please remember to send thank you notes to the companies who sponsored rewards. New business: National 4-H week is October 7 through the 13. We approved 2018-19 budget. STEM Discovery tool kits are available for project meetings, they are free to use and come with all the supplies. Record books are due to Patty by September 14 before 3 pm. Volunteers are needed to help judge the Record books in Alma on September 16, contact Patty if you can help. Election of officers was held; President, Josh Linse; Vice President, Brooklyn Bauer; Secretary, Jake Linse; Treasurer, Hailey Bauer; Reporter, Kayla Howell; Historian, Julia Moats. Meeting was adjourn and there were not any demonstrations. We then went to making the yard signs. Followed by the grilled chicken and potluck meal.
