Carl A. Duley Legacy Scholarship The Buffalo County Dairy Promotion committee is offering the Carl A. Duley Legacy Scholarship to graduating seniors who reside in Buffalo County or are currently attending a high school located in Buffalo County. Scholarships must be submitted by May 15, 2024.
