4-H Nature Quest 2026
Buffalo County 4-H is excited to host 4-H Nature Quest at Merrick State Park on June 10, 2026!
This adventure-filled event brings together outdoor science, hands-on learning, and wildlife exploration along the beautiful Mississippi River.
Youth will experience:
• Shoreline fishing
• Pollinator education and build‑your‑own butterfly houses
• A guided trail scavenger hunt
• A live raptor program featuring hawks, falcons, and owls from River Valley Raptors

Location: Merrick State Park
Cost:
• $5.00 for 4‑H members
• $10.00 for non‑4‑H members
A FREE meal is included, sponsored by the Buffalo County 4‑H Leaders Association.
