Honoring Roxane Weisenbeck: A True Community Servant

Roxane Weisenbeck is the recipient of the 2025 Buffalo County 4-H Community Servant Award, presented on Sunday, January 18, 2026, at the Buffalo County 4-H Leaders’ Association Meeting.

This award recognizes an individual whose service goes far beyond expectation—someone whose commitment, compassion, and steady presence have made a meaningful and lasting impact on the 4-H program and the Buffalo County community.

Roxane has been a longtime and deeply respected employee of Buffalo County Extension and a cornerstone of Buffalo County 4-H. She brings a calm, thoughtful presence to everything she does and leads with quiet strength, consistency, and care. Her unwavering dedication has supported countless youth members, volunteers, and families throughout the years.

During a time of transition within the 4-H program, Roxane stepped forward without hesitation, taking on additional responsibilities and helping to hold both the 4-H program and the Leaders’ Association together. Her willingness to serve, steady leadership, and genuine commitment ensured continuity and stability when it was needed most.
