The University of Wisconsin–Madison Division of Extension is seeking a dedicated 4-H Program Educator to join our team in Buffalo County. This is a regular Academic Staff position within the Positive Youth Development Institute.
As a 4-H Program Educator, you will:
- Provide leadership for county 4-H programs to expand membership and ensure quality experiences.
- Recruit, train, and support volunteers who deliver 4-H programming.
- Support youth engagement, leadership, and thriving through 4-H clubs, projects, and activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s preferred).
- Demonstrated experience in youth development or educational programming.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse audiences.
Position Details:

- Minimum Salary: $59,603 annually (negotiable based on qualifications)
