The University of Wisconsin–Madison Division of Extension is seeking a dedicated 4-H Program Educator to join our team in Buffalo County. This is a regular Academic Staff position within the Positive Youth Development Institute.

  • Provide leadership for county 4-H programs to expand membership and ensure quality experiences.
  • Recruit, train, and support volunteers who deliver 4-H programming.
  • Support youth engagement, leadership, and thriving through 4-H clubs, projects, and activities.
  • Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s preferred).
  • Demonstrated experience in youth development or educational programming.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse audiences.
  • Location: Buffalo County, WI
  • Minimum Salary: $59,603 annually (negotiable based on qualifications)
