Buffalo County Welcomes New Regional Crops Educator
Grace Finnerty joined the UW–Madison Division of Extension on June 8, 2026, as the Regional Crops Educator serving Buffalo, Trempealeau, and Jackson counties. She holds a degree in Plant and Soil Science from the University of Minnesota–Twin Cities
In her role, Grace will serve producers in Trempealeau, Buffalo, and Jackson counties by connecting them with the research and resources needed to meet current agricultural challenges. She has a background in soil conservation, farmer peer network, and perennial grain research. She is eager to learn about your top priorities.
