Peer to peer restorative justice in Buffalo and Pepin Counties

Buffalo/Pepin County Teen Court panel members used restorative questioning to hear from a young person with a violation. The goal of the hearing is help them change behavior, repair relationships with those they have harmed, and think critically about their actions. Youth assigned responsibilities to youth with a violation to help make things right while using best practices in peer to peer restorative justice.
