Panel members from Alma and Mondovi schools led a restorative hearing as a part of Buffalo/Pepin County Teen Court this week. Youth help young people take accountability for their actions, repair relationships, and make things right after a violation occurs. Referrals for the program come from the judge, human services, law enforcement and the schools in Buffalo and Pepin Counties.
