Brewer_Panel_Discussion – 2011 Vermont Very similar to the information provided by craft brewers from Wisconsin at our 2010 and 2011 workshops. Brewers want/need quality ingredients for production. They want to support local hop and barley growers, but not at the expense of quality.

Questions at the seminar that need research in Wisconsin were how aggressive can we be in Wisconsin on pruning, can we aggressively prune the second year, or will we cause too much stress to the young plants, how late can we prune and still get the benefits?
