Buffalo/Pepin County Teen Court panel members from Pepin, Durand, and Cochrane-Fountain City schools conducted hearings for vaping this week. The youth asked restorative questions of their peers to help them rethink their behavior and make better choices when faced with a similar situation in the future. Youth received requirements to help them repair relationships and make things right with those they have harmed.
