Bianca Chesang, Buffalo County 4-H Program Assistant, engaged future students and 4-H members at the Alma Child Development Day on April 2nd. Youth and their families had the opportunity to use science to expand their soil and plant their own seeds in a 4-H potting container. We’re excited to see how they grow!
Four Buffalo/Pepin County Teen Court panel members conducted three restorative hearings for vaping violations on April 3rd at the Pepin County Government Center in Durand. Panel members asked questions to learn more about what happened and how to makes things right. The focus of their work is to repair relationships, rethink behavior, and restore the impact of young people in the school and community.
