Buffalo/Pepin County Teen Court panel members from Mondovi and Alma schools listened to two youth with violations on Wednesday, October 9th. Five peer judges asked their first restorative questions while five other experienced panel members coached them in developing consequences that will help their peers rethink their actions, repair harm in their relationships, and make things right. Teen Court receives multiple referrals a month from law enforcement, schools, human services, and the Buffalo/Pepin County Judge Tom Clark.
