Several newly trained panel members from the Buffalo/Pepin County Teen Court program met today to observe a hearing to complete their understanding of the restorative justice process. Youth work to change behavior, repair relationships, and restore young people’s image in the community. Some of the most common violations they hear are vaping, alcohol, THC, disorderly conduct, and truancy.
